Exchange or return is possible within 3 days from the moment of receiving the order, provided that the rules described below are followed.
1. Return and exchange of goods of proper quality
Exchange or return of goods of proper quality is possible under the following conditions:
the product has not been used;
the original packaging, protective films and all accessories are preserved;
documents confirming the purchase are available;
the product has no traces of use or damage.
❗ In case of failure to comply with these conditions, the Seller has the right to refuse exchange or return.
Return delivery of goods of proper quality is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
2. Return of goods of inadequate quality
If damage is detected upon receipt
it is necessary to draw up a damage report in the presence of a delivery service representative at the point of issue;
then contact our company manager for further resolution of the issue.
If a defect is detected during operation
contact the store within 14 days from the date of purchase;
after checking the product, we will offer an exchange or refund.
Return delivery of goods of inadequate quality is carried out at the seller's expense.
3. Goods that are not subject to return and exchange
We adhere to hygiene and safety standards, therefore the following are not subject to exchange and return:
cosmetics that have been opened or used;
brushes that have had contact with skin or cosmetics.

Inform:
order number;
reason for return or exchange.
Send the goods by carrier to the address: Kyiv, 1A John McCain St., Building A, Apartment 7, 01042.
After sending:
inform the manager of the invoice number;
in case of a refund - the bank card number.
After receiving and checking the goods:
within 14 working days we will refund the money or send another product.
